Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not allow refunds. Unless there is a major issue; unauthentic, wrong item, etc. 

Once an item has been placed it can no longer be modified, canceled, changed.

We provide only authentic shoes/clothing. We do not associate with unauthentic items. 

Items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged!

All items sold are 100% authentic guarantee or your money back. In a very rare case that an item is deemed as unauthentic, it must first be shipped back to grailzmke and a refund will be provided given a parring an extenuating circumstance. If buyer does not agree with authenticate claim, goat authenticate, and check check will be the only claims accepted by grailzmke. 

Items will always be authenticated by grailzmke first and foremost. Customers will have 10 days from item delivery to dispute the authenticity of an item, in which valid proof must be given.  Check check can be used as a primary claim but grailzmke reserve the right to use goat as a final say in authentication claims. Thank you!

Some of our items come directly from overseas retailers (A lot of our dunks) meaning they may have a Chinese tag this does not mean the item is fake! Therefore, this will not be a viable reason to acquire a refund since the shoes are authentic. 

We source products only from industry trusted suppliers and wholesalers to curate our unique selection.

Returns


If by any means a customer wishes to return any item that was purchased in the last 14 days from checking out. It should be returned in the same condition as it was when sold, along with a 30% restocking fee. Customer will be required to cover shipping fee on returns.

We do not allow returns on any items that are on sale.

Eligible return items must be unworn, and in exact condition received. 

Eligible return items must be received with the original box and or packaging/accessories. (Ex. Laces, Product Tags, Clothing Bags, etc.)

Items that cannot be returned include sale items, items under $100 and items sold before their official release date.

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of order receipt and/or shipped back within 5 days of the return request approval.

Cancelations 


If an item(s) ordered is unavailable. Grailzmke reserves the right to cancel your order or item(s) within your order at any time.  We will provide you with a full refund of the unavailable item(s) to the payment method on file for the order.  You will be notified via email if any order or the item(s) with your order are unavailable to be fulfilled and will receive confirmation of any and all refunds issued.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping company responsible to file a claim. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


In the case a customer orders the wrong size and wishes to receive the correct size. Please reach out to grailzmkellc@gmail.com via email or grailzmke via IG. A $10 fee will imply/ The item you received shall be in the same condition as it was sold in, if not it will forfeit the opportunity to size swap. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
