Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your item to be shipped. Once an item has been placed it can no longer be modified, canceled, changed.

All US shoe orders will be shipped VIA UPS. International orders will be shipped VIA DHL.

All clothing orders will be shipped VIA USPS.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on carrier, service and weight.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive. We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

Items can be insured upon request for an additional small fee.

All orders placed in the United States will be shipped via UPS and delivered to you within 1-4 business, depending on the selected shipping speed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

All orders placed internationally (delivery outside the United States) will be shipped via UPS. We unfortunately cannot guarantee exact shipping times for international orders, but we ask that you reach out if your order isn’t received within 7 days.

Grailzmke is not liable for any product damage or loss packages during shipping of your order once the order has left our storage. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping company responsible to file a claim. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We also accept offline payments via check, zelle, venmo, direct deposit. 
  • Cash on Delivery is available in Milwaukee WI. Please dm VIA instagram for further questions.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

We do not allow refunds. Unless there is a major issue; unauthentic, wrong item, etc. 

Once an item has been placed it can no longer be modified, canceled, changed.

We provide only authentic shoes/clothing. We do not associate with unauthentic items. 

Items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged! 

Returns

If by any means a customer wishes to return any item that was purchased in the last 14 days from checking out. It should be returned in the same condition as it was when sold, along with a 30% restocking fee. Customer will be required to cover shipping fee on returns.

We do not allow returns on any items that are on sale.

Eligible return items must be unworn, and in exact condition received. 

Eligible return items must be received with the original box and or packaging/accessories. (Ex. Laces, Product Tags, Clothing Bags, etc.)

Items that cannot be returned include sale items, items under $100 and items sold before their official release date.

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of order receipt and/or shipped back within 5 days of the return request approval.

Cancelations 

If an item(s) ordered is unavailable. Grailzmke reserves the right to cancel your order or item(s) within your order at any time.  We will provide you with a full refund of the unavailable item(s) to the payment method on file for the order.  You will be notified via email if any order or the item(s) with your order are unavailable to be fulfilled and will receive confirmation of any and all refunds issued.

 

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping company responsible to file a claim. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

In the case a customer orders the wrong size and wishes to receive the correct size. Please reach out to grailzmkellc@gmail.com via email or grailzmke via IG. A $10 fee will imply/ The item you received shall be in the same condition as it was sold in, if not it will forfeit the opportunity to size swap. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at grailzmkellc@gmail.com.

YES! We love giving discounts to those who continuously support the brand. We do already offer a lot of various ways to recieve a discount. However if you're a very active and consitent buyer with us, feel free ask for a discount.

If your whole order has been canceled in whole or part. You will recieve an email notifying you about the cancellation. If you have not recieved an email please check your spam folder.   3. Quanties are limited
  4. Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department needs additional information.
